Unemployment Line
By: Dennis Parks

Verse 1:

Prices are rising
Jobs are hard to find
How can we survive when the economy’s falling
Money’s getting low
There’s no place to go
So someone please help me

Chorus:

Losing my mind
Tryna make it on my own
Life’s  going bad
Make me feel so alone
Trying to keep head up
But it aint working
Standing here wondering
In the Unemployment Line

Verse 2:

Need gas for my car
Need food on the table
It’s like sailing on boat
But it’s hard to stay afloat
Time is winding down
People hurting all around
Why is it not making sense

Chorus:

Losing my mind
Tryna make on my own
Life’s  going bad
Make me feel so alone
Trying to keep head up
But it aint working
Standing here wondering
In the Unemployment Line

Bridge:

Hard for person to live in this world
Making our lives being so much worse
Stimulus Plans aint helping out
These jobs are going out
Is it just time for us to give up now

Desperately waiting
For a breakthrough to come
Hard to be here with no job, no cash, no food, no home

Chorus:

Losing my mind
Tryna make on my own
Life’s  going bad
Make me feel so alone
Trying to keep head up
But it aint working
Standing here wondering
In the Unemployment Line

In the Unemployment Line (Repeat for 6x then end)
